Village 8's Parking Rules and Regulations
Auxiliary Parking:
To park a second vehicle in the Auxiliary Lot, the owner of the unit will need to fill out the form below and turn it into the Board of Directors for approval.

Approval for a space in this lot will not be given unless there is an active need for the space.

Spaces in this lot are not available to renters.
Auxiliary Parking Application
Guest Space Parking:
To park a second vehicle in a Guest Space, the owner of the unit will need to fill out the form below and turn it into the Board of Directors for approval.

Rental of a guest space requires a monthly fee of $20, to be paid at the beginning of each month.

Rental of a guest space is availble only to yearly renters, with approval from the Board and the application must be filled out by the owner of the unit. Seasonal renters are not allowed to rent a guest space.

Covered Parking:
To park in a covered parking space, the owner of the unit will need to fill out the form below and turn it into the Board of Directors approval.

There is NO covered parking in the assigned parking spaces in front of the buildings.

Covered parking has a maxmium limit of 6 months.
